You probably already know this, but one of the easiest ways to make huge profits on the net is to develop your own product.

This way you can get an army of affiliates working or you to help you reach your income goals.

This is without question the ultimate leverage to creating huge online income.

However, one of the biggest complaints I continually hear from people when I mention this model is that they don’t have the skills to create their own product.

With today’s technology, nothing could be further from the truth.

Yes, that’s right. Regardless of who you are or what you do… anyone can create their own product.

For example, one of the best methods for developing your own product is to create a DVD.

Does that sound like a viable business? Well, let us see…

First off, you shoot a video tutorial and convert it to DVD. The topic could be about anything you have knowledge about. And if you think hard enough I’m positive you could find something that others would be interested in learning how to do.

Simply reach into your experience of things you have learned or discovered how to do. You’ll be surprised how often people are searching for information on the things you take for granted!

In the unlikely event you simply can’t think of any topic you could talk about, then you could collect a number of private label rights (PLR) products and convert them into DVD format, and then sell them as a physical product.

This way you instantly create your own unique selling position by being different to all the other people selling the same stuff.

You’d be surprised how many people prefer a physical product rather than a digital product… and they’re prepared to pay more just for the privilege!

Ok, you’ve created your video tutorial or converted some PLR’s to DVD. From there, you can have the DVD duplicated with four-color printing on the disk itself as well as the packaging, which makes it look very professional.

This may cost you a couple of dollars each, but that’s just if you want to be fancy about it by using photographs and colorful graphics. Otherwise, two-color printing will work just fine.

Now your DVDs are ready to sell. From just a couple of bucks for production costs, you can mark up your product as you see fit. Charge $97.00 or $149.00 a copy, over and over again.

You could even produce a set of DVD’s and charge $495.00. It doesn’t take much to figure why people are becoming wealthy doing this!

Like I mentiond before, the way way to make a valuable DVD is to create a “show and tell” tutorial on how to do something people want to do, or how to have something people want to have.

This is the information age and people are hungry for information. And the truth is, that if you are currently selling printed how-to material, you can command a much higher price if you provide that information in DVD format.

Information DVDs are perfect products to develop as they are inexpensive to make, yet have a high-perceived value.

They are heavily in demand, and staggeringly easy to sell for huge profits. The money you can generate from doing this is truly outrageous!

Another option is to give them away for the price of shipping and handling - say $4.95 - as a way to build a quality list.

Why do I say “quality list”?

Because if people are willing to pay even a small amount to receive the information, you are pretty much assured that they will be willing to pay larger amounts in the future for more valuable information you may provide.

In other words, you will be building a list of buyers right from the start, rather than a list of freebie seekers who you have to warm up to make a purchase. And that’s huge!

In fact, done this way, you’ll actually be making a couple of bucks per subscriber instead of the usual model of paying for each subscriber.

Big difference, don’t you agree?

The key, however, is to ensure your DVD is packed with truly valuable and actionable information, otherwise you will lose your credibility before you even get started.

Residual Income - The Key to Online Success!

How would you like to make money even when you don’t go to work?

If you’re like most online marketers this is probably one of the key reasons you started your online business.

But the key to achieving your dream is to have your work continue to pay… you even when you stop.

If you choose drop shipping of a physical product, find something you can create an interesting website around.

Share lots of information with the prospective buyer and create a professional sales page.

Whichever method you choose, the key is to setup your business so that it is as automated as possible, so that once you’ve set it up, you don’t have to continue working as hard.

When you combine all this with the proper combination of marketing and interested customers, you can create a system that works even when you don’t.

Tips on Training Your Mind!

Today’s fast paced life often puts every one of us in difficult situations where stress and anxiety dominate our day.

The frequency and complexity of problems that arise and need to be dealt with weakens both our minds and our bodies, sometimes making us incapable of finding the right solutions.

There are several ways to improve your power of concentration and to learn how to relax your mind and prepare it for future struggles.

Your body responds to what your mind dictates, but most of the time it does this on a subconscious level.

If you manage to tap into this vital resource, which is your subconscious mind, you get an extra edge in dealing with all the problems that surround you.

First of all, try to change your daily routine. Not much, just a bit, but be very conscious about the changes.

In the evening, try to recall all the events that took place in the day. Quickly analyze the highlights of the day and check for any gaps in your memory.

If you fail to remember details about an issue you want to recall, this is a good indication that you momentarily failed to concentrate during that timeframe.

You may also try to diversify the way you live. Again, changes don’t have to be drastic.

If today is no different than yesterday and the day before, you might want to include new elements in your life. You could start practicing a sport or maybe giving a shot to a
hobby you never tried before.

Repetitive and dull actions slowly push your mind into a state of semi-hibernation, which slows down your responses to the issues around you.

Stimulating your mind by engaging it in a new activity always has good results. You don’t have to play heavy mind involving games (such as chess, for example) to do this.

Try the simple things first: take a different route on your way to work or buy another brand of laundry detergent.

Try to travel by bus, if you normally use a car and stand up on a chair to have a different perspective of your bedroom.

You can also engage your mind in other interesting activities such as meeting new people or seeing old friends.

Give a call to an old high school friend and go out for some coffee or a beer. Your talks will surely trigger a chain of events that you store in your mind but almost never utilize.

This would be a good exercise for the mind and, more importantly, a pleasant experience for you.

There are many things you dislike or despise in life. Give them a chance, try to view them from another perspective.

If there is a person you hate, try to put yourself in his or her shoes for a few minutes.

Try to see yourself through the eyes of people around you and objectively observe your actions and beliefs.

Try to let a clear mind analyze events that you find annoying and ignore the preconceptions that urge you to judge a person or event in a certain way.

All of the above are just some simple exercises that will help you face your problems better prepared.

Do not overdo any of them, just let them integrate naturally into your way of life.
