Brilliant Information And File Organizer
I don’t often use the word brilliant to describe people or things. Particularly with regard
to internet marketing products.
But once in a while, something comes along that genuinely re-instills my confidence in
the forward evolution of the human race.
What I mean is, so many products you find today are simply rehashed versions of multiple other products out there. And what’s worse, the “re-hashing” is poorly done, at best.
If you’ve been at this for any length of time, you must have heard “don’t reinvent the wheel”. And that’s exactly how most people operate – they copy someone else.
Granted, it’s not easy to come up with an original idea or product, but it can be done – and IS done regularly.
Of course, there is that pesky and time-consuming aspect of having to sort through tons of “ore” before you find that one “gem”.
Which is why actually finding such a gem is not only rare, but quite uplifting, due to the
hope and imagination it inspires.
I recently found such a gem – and it’s brilliant and original – no doubt about it.
It deals with and solves the plight of most online business people: where and how to store and organize all of their files – i.e. how to get a handle on information overload.
How many ebooks have you downoaded since you’ve been online? Software? Other files and information? Gigabites worth, I’d imagine.
And how do you organize them so that you can quickly find them without having to open and click into numerous folders before you find what you’re looking for?
Well, if you’re like the majority of us, you do your best, but you know your best has thus far fallen quite short of the ideal, right?
And the more stuff you accumulate, the more time it takes to find any one thing, agreed?
There is a solution to this all too common problem…
It was created by Alex Goodall, a professional Knowledge Management Specialist with over 25 years experience in that field.

So, combine information overload with a guy with a quarter-century’s experience in managing knowledge and information and you have a situation begging for an ingenius
product.
His product is called the IM Index and it’s based around a mindmap diagram.
You may have seen mindmaps in the past. Many of the most successful marketers
absolutely swear by them.
They use them to map-out each step in project development all the way up to the launch, or to see the “big picture” in terms of one or a network of business models.
They also use them to brainstorm ideas for new projects.
In other words, they provide exactly what the mind really wants – a visual image (or series of images) representing concepts and ideas, rather than just a bunch of words on paper.
Not that words are bad, but for most people, they don’t stimulate the creative side of their minds the way a graphically-presented, colorful series of various linked-together shapes do.
And guess what?
Mindmaps are great for helping our minds get a handle on complex organizational problems, too.
That’s exactly what Alex realized and why he created his brilliant IM Index.
Essentially, it is a file organization system built within an interlinked mindmap. And by
files, I mean every and all types of files.
It’s organized around the nine basic internet marketing disciplines: Business Strategy,
Motivation, Finding and Testing Niche Markets, Creating and Finding Products, Traffic
Generation, Traffic Conversion, Monetization, Testing, Security and Fraud, and Administration and Organization.
Then it drills-down into a complete A to Z list of separate topics to ensure the best possible organization of your files.
In fact, at present there are over 100 of these topics, and he keeps updating and improving upon the list.
So, after a brief familiarization with the structure and operation of the Index, you’ll be well on your way to saving time, money, stress and frustration, since you will possess the most powerful, well thought-out info overload solution on the market.
No more wondering where to put each new download. Or how to structure all the
existing files on your hard drive. The logic behind this product is impeccable.
Honestly, I don’t know if a verbal description can do the IM Index justice, as there’s just so much to it.
But Alex has provided two in-depth videos on his site that really sold me on the Index and I feel you’ll agree with me.
I suggest you view them. That is, if you’re as fed-up with your current file organization and retrieval system as I think you are.
And while you’re there, be sure to read the testimonials. They are a dead giveaway as to how well-received this product is.
Bottom line: I wish I had the IM Index a couple of years ago when I first started jamming-up my hard drive with download after download. But I’m definitely glad I have it now!
I give it my highest recommendation.
